- The village will send you a payment slip for village taxes, etc. （村から村税等の納付書を送ります。）
- The post office will send you a confirmation of your address. （郵便局から住所確認の郵便を送ります。）

moved out （転出する方）
When you move out,please be sure to come to the village office and fill in the document.
転出する場合は必ず村役場へお越しいただき、書類にご記入ください。
Mid- to long-term residents and organizations （ 中長期滞在者および団体 ）
If you are a mid- to long-term resident and there is a change in your place of residence, marriage, name, or affiliation, you must notify your local government office or regional immigration office.
中長期在留者の方で、居住地の変更、婚姻、氏名の変更、所属機関等に変更がある場合は、役場や地方入国管理官署への届け出をする必要があります。

Seal registration certificate （印鑑登録証明）
If you are a registered resident of Nozawa Onsen Village, you can register your seal at the town hall.
野沢温泉村に住民登録している人は、役場で印鑑登録ができます。

Resident record（住民票）
A residence certificate cannot be issued unless you are registered as a resident in Nozawa Onsen Village.
You can get a residence certificate at your local government office.
住民票は、野沢温泉村に住民登録がないと交付できません。住民票は、役場で取得できます。
